Pastor Smith came to us from the Delmarva Peninsula, where he
grew up in the first state of Delaware.
He was saved at the age of 10, attended a fundamental Baptist
Church, and served in several areas of ministry during his young teen years.
Pastor Smith attended and graduated from a Christian School
in 1986. He married a fine Christian lady in January 1990, and together God has
blessed them with eight precious children.
Mrs. Smith is a homemaker and the Lord led the Smith’s to
educate their children at home.
The Lord called Pastor Smith into the ministry in 2004,
serving part time as an assistant volunteer. Pastor Smith received his degree
in Pastoral Theology from Southern Indiana Baptist College in 2009. He then
attended Atlantic Coast Baptist College from 2010-2011.It
was in August 2010 that Pastor Smith felt the Lord calling him into full time
ministry. After attending Atlantic Coast Baptist College the Lord brought
Pastor Smith to Michigan to pastor the Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church.
